Job Descriptions1. Oversee system engineering, processes and operations.
2. Design and implement systems and supporting systems as necessary.
3. Assess stability, security, and scalability of installed Windows systems, discuss system and server upgrades, install or upgrade Windows systems and servers, provide technical support, and troubleshoot system and server errors.
4. Manage user accounts, permissions, access rights, review system logs, monitor Windows codebase, and ensure server security and backups.
5. Possesses detailed knowledge of Windows server setup, scripting abilities, familiarity with databases and networks, and understanding of modern operating systems and security practices.
6. Function as the integrating hub for all M365 workloads, coordinate across multiple M365 workloads, and collaborate with architects and other administrators responsible for various aspects of M365.
7. Assist with M365 training, provide technical user support, and resolve M365 system and application issues.
8. Provide training and evaluation, may guide or provide work direction to technical staff.
9. Develops new system and application implementation plans, custom scripts, automation script and testing procedures to ensure operational reliability.
10. Research and recommend innovative and as-able automated approaches for system tasks.
11. Trains technical staff in how to use new software and hardware developed and/or acquired.
