Job Descriptions
-Oversee incoming goods, inhouse storage & distribution
Improving the operational systems, processes, and policies in Packing Unloading of unfitted pallet goods size or oversized goods
-Supervising and coaching all operational staff and supervisors.
-Oversee all warehouse operation & hardware
-Warehouse setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization
-Adhere to standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
-Strategically manage warehouse in compliance with company’s policies and vision
-Responsible for warehouse monthly operation cost control, expense reconciliation and settlement.
-Monitor continuation of parcel’s lifecycle, identify issues related to variances (miss tagged, misplaced, theft, damage) and perform root cause analysis
-Planning and controlling inventory including cycle count, stock management, stock investigation and stock adjustment.
-Perform duties of order processing coordination with various internal and external parties to ensure all E-Commerce orders are fulfilled efficiently, accurately and in timely manner.
-Supports tasks according to assignment from Operation Director
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain or other related
- At least 5 years of experience in warehouse
- Proven work experience as a Warehouse Manager
- Good command of English, both speaking and writing
- Excellent team management and communication skills
- Proficient in using office software
- Able to work under pressure and flexible working hours
