Job Descriptions
1.ตรวจสอบและควบคุมข้อมูลสินค้าคงคลังประจำวัน ให้ถูกต้องทุกรายการ 2.จัดทำและตรวจสอบเอกสารสินค้าเข้า-เบิกจ่ายให้จำนวนถูกต้อง 3.จัดซื้อสินค้าบริการ,สินค้าในเครือ,สินค้าสั่งนอกและSupplierอื่นๆ โดยออกใบสั่งซื้อจากโปรแกรม B-Plus 4.รับสินค้าที่เข้าจากต่างประเทศและลง S/N 5.จัดเตรียมเอกสารตรวจนับสินค้าประจำสัปดาห์,ไตรมาสและประจำปี 6.บันทึกรายการสินค้าที่ส่งซ่อมหรือสินค้าที่มีปัญหา 7.รับเรื่องและติดตามการซ่อมสินค้า 8.ตรวจเช็ครายการสินค้านับจริงพร้อมกับฝ่ายคลังสินค้า ตามกำหนด 9.งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง
  2. วุฒิการศึกษาปวส.- ปริญญาตรี
  3. ประสบการณ์ 1 - 2 ปี ขึ้นไป
  4. ดูแลเอกสารต่างๆ
  5. สามารถใช้โปรแกรมบัญชี B-Plus ได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  6. มีประสบการณ์ด้านอุปกรณ์ส่งกำลัง (พิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. ใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป MicroSoft Office ได้ดี
  8. มีบุคลิกภาพและมนุษย์สัมพันธ์ที่ดี มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี
  9. หากสามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันทีจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ.
