Job Descriptions

-Develop a testing budget and deliver a comprehensive report to the team in accordance with vehicle test requirements. -Lead discussions with suppliers and the vehicle testing team to define vehicle test requirements. -Coordinate with the team to establish vehicle test conditions that align with DLT regulations and testing proposals. -Collaborate with suppliers to prepare test locations, manage drivers, and oversee tester teams to ensure successful vehicle testing in Thailand. -Provide insights into Thai driving regulations and road conditions to meet vehicle test requirements effectively. -Organize testing schedules, book test slots, and follow up on test results with third-party laboratories, adhering to vehicle test requirements. -Coordinate with suppliers and tester teams to verify and control in-vehicle testing costs to meet the budget. -Benchmark competitor vehicles and offer suggestions for improvement. -Work closely with the tester team to troubleshoot any vehicle testing issues that arise. -Provide support for special requests from coordinating teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree or above in Engineering
Minimum 5 years of work experience in vehicle road test or any related field.
Proficiency in English.
Proficient in project management with a proven track record.
Familiarity with local vehicle testing procedures such as Gasoline & Diesel Engine testing, Emission Test, Battery Testing, Fuel Consumption, etc.
Knowledgeable about global and local vehicle standard requirements is beneficial.
Strong communication skills and leadership abilities
Well-versed in Thailand's driving regulations and road conditions.
