Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
-Assist in the development and implementation of marketing communication plans and campaigns to promote brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business objectives.
-Create compelling content for various marketing materials, including press releases, blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, website content, and advertising copy.
-Manage the company's social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, community management, and performance tracking, to drive engagement and increase brand visibility.
-Support the planning and execution of marketing events and initiatives, including trade shows, conferences, webinars, product launches, and customer appreciation events.
-Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, product development, and creative, to ensure alignment of marketing communication strategies with overall business goals.
-Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing communication activities, compiling reports and dashboards to track key metrics, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
-Assist with media relations activities, including developing press materials, building media lists, pitching stories, and coordinating interviews and media opportunities.
-Conduct research and gather data to support marketing communication initiatives, including market analysis, competitor research, and customer insights.
-Provide administrative support to the marketing communications team, including scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, organizing files, and handling other day-to-day tasks as needed.
