Job Descriptions

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: 1. To do the plant Layout design, get approved from concerns and co-operate the Installation. 2. To do the new project of assignment from management such as - In and out operation layout. - New Building plant layout. - Coordinate with people and Supplier concern. 3. To do the capacity analysis - Follow up to achieve overall Target - Review capacity by process to supporting demand. - Design new process flow support new product and Production demand ramp up - Re – Layout and follow up to meet with Target date. 4. To do layout and Co-operate for Movement and Installation production line, Office and Warehouse racking 5. To develop a standardization and criteria as a guideline for design the plant layout 6. To do Design and build the production necessaries such as Production work table, Cart, Racking, Handling and etc. 7. To check & ensure the raw material specification for build the Production necessaries. 8. To review the quality of work, build from our worker. 9. To do the project plan and assignment 10. Project Follow up. - Re – Layout for overall. (Production & Office) - Equipment and Providing. 11. To review quotation according to the design and issue PR. 12. To do Maintenance plan and PM production worktable, Cart and etc. in production line 13. Measurement and Control resistant value of ESD Mat ’l worktable in production line are in specification. 14. Review and support production request by follow up the request form 15. Organize and management IE engineer and technician
