1. Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software issues, including troubleshooting and resolution. 2. Manage and maintain Microsoft server infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and reliability. 3. Administer Oracle systems, including database management and troubleshooting. Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware and software as needed. 4. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues. Collaborate with IT team members to implement and support IT projects and initiatives. 5. Document technical procedures and solutions for knowledge sharing and reference. 6. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience in IT support roles, preferably in a corporate environment.
Strong knowledge of hardware and software troubleshooting techniques.
Proficiency in Microsoft server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and DHCP.
Experience with Oracle database administration and SQL queries.
Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
