Job Descriptions
•Responsible for conducting comprehensive studies and assessments to determine the water needs of a specific production machine or a production process.
•project management throughout the entire lifecycle of water projects.
•overseeing the implementation of projects, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and resources are effectively managed.
•Cooperation with internal and external partners, contractors, consultants, government agencies, and community representatives.
•Managing and ordering spare part and consumable part for Water system.
•Managing and supervising water system team for improvement and development of the water system.
•Troubleshooting problem and issue about Water system.
•Monitoring processes and machines that related to water system (Deep well, Softener, RO, DI, UHP, and Wastewater system).
•Management of the Rainwater Retention Ponds.
•Supporting and deputy for the project team or other department to planning of pre-spare part stock and maintenance and repair budget.
•Establishing the maintenance plan for the factory.
•Performing other related duties as assigned by direct supervisor.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical engineering or Enviromental Chemistry Science or other bachelor's degree with long time experience in Water/ waste water treatment.
- Must have knowledge and minimum 5 years’ experience with water treatment plants, water treatment process and operation theory. Devices and spare parts planning, and pre-maintenance to improvement the water treatment plants availability and process availability.
- Knowledge of an analyze water quality parameters, such as chemical composition and microbial contaminants, to assess contamination levels and develop appropriate treatment processes.
- Knowledge on varies of water process specification such as a deep well water, RO water, EDI water, UHP water and waste water system.
- Knowledge of a waste water treatment process.
- Good skill in launching projects, machine installation from the planning until start of production.
- Good skill in troubleshooting, problem identification, analyzing and solving skills.
- Hands-on team leader – responsible for the team performance and used to planning and implementing the upcoming tasks independently.
- Basic knowledge electric wiring, PLC programming, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Hands-on working style and good motivation for perfectly job completed.
- Good command of the English language (also technical) – orally and in writing.
- Full time work at Khao Yoi Plant, Phetchaburi province, with 2 Saturday working per month.
