Responsibilities
Support assembly-engineering activities to help achieve department goals
Provide assembly engineering support to Microchip operations in Thailand.
Ensure the best quality, delivery and service.
Design the assembly process to fulfill the new requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering/ Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 1-7 years relevant experiences pertaining to the job applied.
- Experience in IC assembly equipment / process
- Assembly experience for Wire bond process
- Good command of English
