Job Descriptions
- ติดตามเคลียร์เอกสารเบิกล่วงหน้า และตรวจเอกสารเคลียร์เบิก
- เช็ครายการค่าใช้จ่ายหักหน้าบัญชี ค่าสาธารณูปโภค
- ตรวจเอกสารโอนเงินค่าใช้จ่าย และค่าใช้จ่ายเบิกล่วงหน้า
- ตรวจและแยกประเภทค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ
- บันทึกรายการโอนระหว่างบัญชี ดอกเบี้ยจ่าย ค่าธรรมเนียมต่าง ๆ
- บันทึกค่าภาษีนําเข้า, ส่งออกสินค้า และรายการโอนเงินระหว่างบัญชี ของกลุ่มบริษัทฯ ในเครือพัลซ์
- ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน-รับเงิน, ตรวจสอบการคำนวณ และการอนุมัติ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องกับกฎเกณฑ์ และเงื่อนไขที่บริษัทกำหนด พร้อมทั้งจัดทำใบสำคัญจ่าย-รับ
- จัดทำเอกสาร กระทบยอดเงินฝากธนาคาร และ GL อื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- จัดทำประมาณการเงินสด และจัดทำบันทึกการโอนเงินระหว่างบัญชี
- เช็ค statement ด้านรับเงิน จ่ายเงิน
- จัดทำรายงานเช็ครับ เช็คจ่ายคงเหลือประจำเดือน
- ควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายเงินสดย่อยของแผน
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (New graduates are welcome)
- Proactive, self-motivated and Ability to change & adapt (high adaptability)
- Interested in sexual healthcare and willing to learn.
- No discrimination towards others.
- Have 1-3 years relevant experience
- A team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment
