Job Descriptions

-Handle all imported goods. (raw materials/parts/complete vehicles) -Contact the domestic exporter’s purchasing department/logistics about customs clearance information. -Contact the warehouse logistics clerk and follow the delivery plan. -Arrange customs clearance with local freight forwarders in Thailand and track customs clearance status every day. -Translate imported goods from Chinese to Thai. -Confirm the import customs code and all documents required for customs clearance, invoice, packing list, bill of lading Certificate of Origin FORM E, D -Record the import ledger every day. -Confirm and control local expenses in Thailand. -EDI import report at the end of every month/every 6 months. -Go through the payment process. -The confirmed import quantity reported each month according to EDI must be exactly the same as the monthly inventory quantity. -The quantity confirmed every month in the bonded area is according to the import customs clearance type 0,1,P,D -Prepare audit report/work process. -Confirm import discount BOI/FREEZONE/FORM E D/no discount. -Registration with the Department of Consumer Affairs 01-02 Phase II EV3.5 discount.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Being able to communicate in English or Chinese is a must.
strong communication, ducumentation, learning, teamwork and logic
Familiar with the working processes of automobile companies and professional knowledge related to the automobile production process.
