Job Descriptions

-Being a member of the Finance and Accounting to support all system and ERP matters -Collaborate with implementation team for new ERP implementation. -Developing and maintaining system, processes, and procedures to support the finance and Accounting Department. -SAP or any ERP system application design, development, integration, testing, deployment and technical architecture. -Advises, supports and makes recommendations to the Finance and Accounting team in the use of technology to maintain and enhance the ERP Software. -Works closely with IT staff and Finance and Accounting team to integrate software systems used for cost accounting purposes in other departments into the ERP -SoftwareAnalysis of systems including identification of functionality gaps in system and/or process. -Developing and maintaining system documentation and workflow processes -Ad-hoc assign by leader

Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in related functions.
Minimum 3 years’ progressive experience with financial system applications and functional technology projects.
Understand Finance and Accounting concept and workflow.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills that rely on a structured approach with the ability to learn new concepts/processes.
Competent in using Microsoft Office and ERP software.
Proficient in English; Chinese speaking ability is preferred.
Experience in implementation new ERP would be advantage.
Have good logical and analytical thinking.
