Job Descriptions

• Strategic purchasing direct material and indirect materials and ensure the right products at the right place and the right price with appropriate suppliers. • Sourcing activities with local and oversea suppliers, e.g. supplier searching, RFQ. • preparation, price analysis and negotiation, source determination, contract making, etc. • Processes Request for Quotation, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase Orders, agreement etc. • Coordinate and align the Strategic Purchase activities with the internal team and Strategic Purchase Global team in projects. • To interact cross-functionally to ensure the products meet the technical requirement/specifications of the business. • Negotiations price, quality, and ongoing supplier performance. • Participate and assist cross functional strategic project teams. • Other duties as assignment by Strategic Purchasing Manager • Coordinate with internal function departments of Ebro and external function suppliers on order, delivery, quality etc. • Identify potentials sourcing plans with the evaluate supplier and develop supplier relationship management. • Maintain price list in and up-to date. • Evaluate supplier quality index and develop supplier relationship management. • Recommend cost-saving proposals including make-versus-buy analysis or alternative sourcing.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree of Logistic, Business Administration etc.
8-10 Years Experience in direct and indirect purchasing field, prefer experience in foundry or steel manufacturing, machined parts etc.
Experience in sourcing activities both of local and oversea suppliers.
Cross functional work with internal department and inter company.
Good Negotiation.
Good command in English speaking and written, Microsoft word, excel, power point and ERP system.
Flexible for travel visiting suppliers.
Ownership mindset can do attitude, dedicated work and good problem-solving skill.
