Job Descriptions

- Checking customer’s credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements. - Negotiate payment plans with customers and set up loan terms and conditions. - Regularly meeting and negotiate terms with third party debt collection agencies for supporting company customer - Developing the credit control system in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Finance and company executives - Formulating of the company's credit policy to mitigate unnecessary risk - Reviewing credit applications and credit references to set credit limits and ensure credit worthiness - Managing a team of Credit Control Officers

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Economics, Business Administration, Finance, Risk Management or related fields
At least 10 years in Credit Control Management
Previous experience of end-to-end credit control and accounts receivable processes
Working knowledge of Credit law
Strong written and verbal communication skills especially during difficult customer negotiations
Ability to build relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders
Intermediate computer software skills, including Exce
