Job Descriptions
- ให้บริการลูกค้าที่นำรถมาซ่อม
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหาเบื้องต้น ประเมินราคาการซ่อม
- ออกเอกสารรับรถ และประสานทางแผนกช่าง
- ติดต่อลูกค้าแจ้งการซ่อม และส่งมอบรถให้ตรงตามนัดหมาย
- ประสานงานและดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาลูกค้าร้องเรียน
- งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดเพศ LGBTQ ก็รับ อายุ 25 - 40 ปี
- จบการศึกษาระดับ ปวช. - ป.ตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- รักงานบริการ และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี
- สามารถใช้คอมพิวเตอร์พื้นฐานได้
- สามารถขับรถยนต์ได้+มีใบขับขี่ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
- เริ่มงานได้ทันที (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
