Job Descriptions
1.Customer Service: Greet and assist climbers in a friendly manner. Address climbers' Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving. 2.Operational Management: Oversee daily facility operations. Monitor climbing areas and equipment for safety and cleanliness. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and emergency response procedures. Collaborate with the Operations team to address facility-related issues. 3.Staff Supervision: Supervise and guide part-time crew during shifts and assist in crew training. 4.Sales and Membership Support: Promote memberships, classes, and other services offered by Boulder Planet. Process customer memberships and reservations accurately.
Qualifications
  1. Previous experience in customer service or facility management is preferred.
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  3. Basic knowledge of indoor climbing or willingness to learn.
  4. Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
  5. Proficiency in English is preferred.
  6. Flexibility to work on weekends is required.
  7. Secondary school diploma or equivalent education.
  8. First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
