Job Descriptions

-Solve the technical problems of vehicles in the Thai market Travel to dealers to provide on-site service when necessary. -Sort out maintenance cases, and provide technical training and explanation to Thai dealers regularly. -Review the claim documents submitted by Thai dealers (business review) Thailand dealer tool management (standard development, equipment, regular inspection) -monitor the quality of market products, regularly summarize and form reports, early warning batch problems. -Follow up the rectification of market quality problems. -Perform any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field.
Proficient in written and oral communication skills in Thai and English (Chinese communication skills are preferred).
work experience: automotive industry technical support work experience is preferred.
skill requirements: understand the knowledge of automotive three electricity.
can adapt to unexpected business trips
Positive and proactive learner.
Competent in using Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
