Job Descriptions
1. Responsible for Compensation & Benefit. 2. Ensure wages, personal income tax, social security fund and provident fund 3. Key in new employees data into internal database Give knowledge and promote related Co. rule & regulation, health insurance, taxes, social security fund and provident fund 4. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules and regulations 5. Internal communication concern with GA issues to all employees, Public board arrangement and information sharing 6. Prepare report and support management
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource, Political Sciences, Public Administration or related field.
  2. At least 7 years experiences in Human Resource functions in Automotive, Electronic or related manufacturing fields
  3. Strong experience in Compensation & Benefit.
  4. Good command of English
  5. Computer literacy (MS Office)
