1. 语言要求：中泰，会基本英文。 1. Language: able to speak Chinese and Thai and basic English, 2.有团队管理经验，能很好地调动工作积极性，接受轮休，排班制，轮岗、法定假日加班； 2. At least 1 year working experience, proficient in Excel, Word, and able to make presentation slides 4. 熟悉物流管理、供应链管理的相关流程及知识，具有较强的执行力； 4. Qualifications

全面管理配送站点内的外卖骑手，保证配送订单的按要求完成，逐步提高配送服务水平；
Overall management of delivery men in the delivery station to ensure orders are delivered as required, and gradually improve delivery services；
负责站点内配送团队的建设，加强骑手思想教育，维系良好的骑手团队气氛；
Responsible for delivery team building, strengthen the ideological education of delivery men, and maintain a good team atmosphere；
做好管辖区域站点内的配送管理，确保配送正常高效运转及配送质量，优化流程提高工作效率；
Manage the delivery of stations in the responsible area, ensure the normal and efficient operation and delivery quality, optimize the process to improve efficiency；
站点的日常行政的工作完成及异常事件的处理；
Daily administration of the delivery station and the handling of abnormal events.
骑手的面试工作，骑手基本业务能力培训工作；
Delivery men interview, the basic training for delivery man；
各部门、渠道协调工作
Coordination with other departments and channels.
