Job Descriptions
- Maintain good relationship with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company’s service. - Answer inquiries for daily sales from potential customers and daily operation enquiries for existing customers in both Thai and English. - Respond to all communication channels related to clients, phone calls, emails, and messages from chat applications. - Effectively communicate with external business units (e.g. logistics couriers) to follow-up operations or to track down delivery problems. - Maintain a deep understanding of the Company's platform features, functionalities and competitive advantages. - Escalations, Alerts, and escalate customer recurring issues/pain points to the manager. - Pre-sale representatives manage and track their sales leads and ensure all leads are followed up on.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree.
  2. 3 year job experience in Customer Facing and Sales replated activities.
  3. Good communication of English speaking and writing.
  4. Proficient to use computer and web applications.
  5. Able to organize documents and data.
  6. Preferably to have experience in e-Commerce ecosystem and courier operations.
  7. Service minded, hardworking and able to work under pressure.
  8. Great customer-facing skills with the ability to build and nurture relationships.
