Job Descriptions
1.负责各业务线客户服务质检检查工作,并通过日常抽检及专项质检等形式,发现服务中存在的人员执行、流程规则、管理问题等问题; 1. Responsible for quality inspections of customer service across various business lines, identifying issues related to personnel execution, procedural adherence, and management through daily sampling and special inspections. 2.通过瑕疵事件复盘发现问题,寻找根因,推动改善; 2. Conduct root cause analysis and drive improvement by reviewing flawed incidents. 3.根据员工的问题,提出辅导或培训建议,确保达到服务品质的要求; 3. Provide coaching or training suggestions based on employee issues to ensure service quality requirements are met. 4.做好质量分析,按日、周、月对质量情况进行统计、分析、汇总,提出整改意见,并为月考核提供依据; 4. Perform quality analysis, conduct statistical analysis and summaries of quality situations on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, propose corrective measures, and provide the basis for monthly assessments. 5.发现服务中的典型案例,分门别类进行归纳,完善质检监控评估体系。 5. Identify and categorize typical cases in service delivery, and refine the quality inspection monitoring and evaluation system. Work Time: 8:30-17:30
Qualifications
  1. 大学专科及以上学历,中泰流利;
  2. College diploma or above, fluent in both Chinese and Thai.
  3. 2年或以上客服中心工作经验,可接受短期出差;
  4. At least 2 years of experience in customer service center, willing to accept short-term business trips.
  5. 能熟练使用常用办公软件,有数据分析能力、问题归纳总结能力;
  6. Proficient in using common office software, with data analysis skills and the ability to summarize and analyze problems.
  7. 具备较好的服务意识和客服服务及体验相关知识,能在服务过程中发现改善提升机会;
  8. Possess a strong sense of service and knowledge of customer service and experience, able to identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement during service.
  9. 工作认真踏实、责任心强、能积极推动过程改善。
  10. Diligent, responsible, and proactive in driving process improvements.
