Job Descriptions
- Prepare raw materials for trials (kitchen, pilot) and laboratory study.
- Assist Application Group Specialist to run industrial scale trials.
- Run the process of the kitchen and pilot plant by preparing raw materials, process the formula and prepare the process control sheet.
- Keep the lab and equipment in good conditions and ready to use.
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์ (เคมี/ชีวะ), วิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ (Research & Development)
- รับพิจารณานักศึกษาจบใหม่
- มีความรู้เกี่ยวกับมาตรฐาน GMP, HACCP, และ กฎข้อบังคับด้านอาหาร
- ใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office และใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี หากใช้ SAP/ERP ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
- ทำงาน จันทร์ - ศุกร์ (8.00 - 17.00 น.)
