Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำแผนงาน งานวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ และปรับปรุงผลิตภัณฑ์เดิม 2. ถ่ายทอดแผนงาน และมอบหมายให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชา เพื่อเตรียมงาน จัดหาทรัพยากร และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวก เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานวิจัยและพัฒนาเป็นไปตามแผนงาน 3.ติดตามงานที่มอบหมายให้ผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้เป็นไปอย่างเหมาะสม ทันการณ์ เมื่อพบปัญหาสามารถเข้าช่วยแก้ปัญหาได้ เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานวิจัยและพัฒนาบรรลุตามแผนงาน 4.จัดทำเอกสารข้อมูลผลิตภัณฑ์ใหม่ ได้แก่ สูตรการผลิต ข้อมูลทางโภชนาการ ข้อมูลและรายละเอียดผลิตภัณฑ์ มาตรฐานผลิตภัณฑ์ วัตถุดิบ ต้นทุนสินค้า เพื่อนำเสนอให้กับผู้ร้องขอและ/หรือแผนกอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 5.มีส่วนร่วมรับผิดชอบในระบบคุณภาพทั้งหมดของบริษัท ที่เกี่ยวข้องและได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาวิทยาศาสตร์การอาหาร / พัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ / หรือสาขาวิทยาศาสตร์อื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างน้อย 5 ปี
  3. ถ้ามีความรู้หรือประสบการณ์ด้านอาหารกระป๋อง , Aseptic Process หรือเครื่องดื่ม จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีความรู้ด้านระบบคุณภาพและความปลอดภัยด้านอาหาร (GMP/HACCP/ISO 22000/ISO 9001/BRC/IFS)
  5. มีความรู้พื้นฐานด้านกระบวนการผลิตอาหารและเครื่องดื่ม
  6. สามารถอ่าน เขียนภาษาอังกฤษ และใชัคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี
