Job Descriptions
- ตรวจสอบเอกสารการจ่ายเงินก่อนจัดทำเช็คจ่ายในกรณีต่าง ๆ ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารประกอบการจ่ายเงิน, ตรวจสอบการคำนวณ และการอนุมัติต่าง ๆ ตลอดจนตรวจสอบความถูกต้องกับกฎระเบียบและข้อ บังคับของบริษัทที่เกี่ยวข้อง - จัดทำรายงานภาษีซื้อ (ภพ.30) ภงด. 1, ภงด. 3, ภงด. 53, สปส. 10-1 - จัดทำใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็ค (Cheque Voucher) เพื่อเสนอให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจ สอบ - บันทึกการจ่ายเงินจากใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็คพร้อมกับตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของการ บันทึกรายการ - จัดเก็บใบสำคัญจ่ายเช็คเรียงตามเลขที่ใบสำคัญจ่ายให้สามารถอ้างอิงได้ สะดวกรวดเร็วในภายหลัง - บันทึกบัญชีสำหรับการซื้อ - จัดทำสรุปยอดในสมุดรายวันซื้อ และจัดทำใบสำคัญทั่วไป พร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชี ที่เกี่ยวข้องทุกสิ้นเดือน - ตรวจสอบการคำนวณตัวเลขของเอกสาร กรณีสินค้าไม่ผ่านการตรวจสอบ คุณภาพ แต่ได้รับสินค้าเข้าระบบแล้ว - จัดทำใบแจ้งลดหนี้ เพื่อเสนอให้ผู้บังคับบัญชาตรวจสอบและอนุมัติ - จัดทำรายงานเจ้าหนี้คงค้างทุกสิ้นเดือนต่อผู้บังคับบัญชา
Qualifications
  1. เพศ ชาย หรือ หญิง
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรี สาขาการเงิน การบัญชี หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ในการทำงานไม่น้อยกว่า 3 ปี
  4. มีความรู้พื้นฐานเกี่ยวกับคอมพิวเตอร์ สามารถใช้ Microsoft office ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบและมีความรับผิดชอบสูง,มีความรู้ด้านการจัดการเอกสาร
  6. กระตื้อรือร้น ใส่ใจในการทำงาน สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
  7. ขับขี่พาหนะรถยนต์พร้อมใบขับขี่ได้
  8. มีวุฒิภาวะในการทำงานสูง และสามารถทำงานเป็นทีมได้
