Job Descriptions
•Supervise all matters relating to accounting, financial and corporate control to align with local compliances and headquarter policies.
•Oversee and manage budgeting and forecasting processes, perform variance analysis in tracking of all opportunities and risks, and provide recommendations to support management’s decisions.
•Manage full P&L coverage, which includes responsibility for Gross and Net Sales, Cost of Operation, and investment etc.
•Continuously drive improvement in processes, systems, and the internal control environment to enhance reporting and forecasting accuracy and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration / finance, or relevant experience.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in business control and accounting roles, prefer in the logistics or service industries.
- Understand and be able to identify internal control weaknesses and strengthen control processes.
- High business acumen, assessing risks, identifying gaps, predicting trends, and suggesting plans.
- Strong communication and presentation skills (oral and written) to convey important financial information; as well as fluency in English to liaise with overseas offices.
- Interpersonal skills, proactive and proven teamwork, integrity, and ethics.
- Proficient in advanced Excel.
