Job Descriptions
Responsibilities - Lead and supervise the team to meet daily, weekly, and monthly production targets. - Analyze and address persistent issues, implementing corrective and preventive actions. - Provide accurate data, reports, and recommendations to senior management as needed. - Research, gather data, and optimize processes for safety, quality, and efficiency in new processes. - Mentor and coach Line Leaders and team members to achieve objectives. - Innovate and implement new methods, tools, and equipment to enhance productivity. - Ensure product quality standards are maintained throughout the production process. - Conduct detailed OEE performance analyses to identify and address bottlenecks. - Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth production operations.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Chemical Engineering or Production Engineering, or related fields.
  2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  3. Strong leadership capabilities.
  4. Ability to thrive in a dynamic work environment and handle pressure effectively.
  5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  6. Collaborative team player with strong coordination abilities.
  7. Proficient in written and spoken English; TOEIC score is desirable.
  8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
