Job Descriptions
Job Summary Responsible for maintaining the services of the property on a day to day basis including tenant relationships, engineering performance, capital works and sustainability of the building services of the property within the agree quality standards and budget. Primary Responsibilities: Coordinate the scheduling of activities to be carried out at the premises. Liaise with clients both in-house and externally to determine facility requirements. Compile and distribute monthly facility schedules. Maintain schedule/s as required and deliver appropriate communication regarding changes to the schedule. Undertake regular inspections of facilities to determine specific Maintenance and upgrading requirements. Liaise with employees and clients affected by Maintenance works to ensure that Maintenance projects are completed on time and with minimal disruption to business operations. Comply with Occupational Health & Safety regulations. Manage the day to day relationship with tenants from an operational perspective, including reviewing and approving tenant fit-outs (where applicable). Manage maintenance officers/technicians and external contractors for high quality output. Conduct repairs and maintenance of the property. Act as frontline contact point for all queries and complaints. Act as the frontline point of contact for customers and retailers. Support and assist the General Manager in executing facilities and maintenance work. Ensure that all documentation pertaining to Maintenance work is updated.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree, Higher Secondary of Civil Engineering, Engineering, Building Engineering and Management, Electrical Engineering
  2. Knowledge of facilities management protocols and Maintenance planning.
  3. At least 4 years previous property management experience in facilities and maintenance services.
  4. Technical skills in building maintenance.
  5. Ability to read and comprehend technical and legislative documents
  6. Ability to work according to strict timeframes and agreed quality standards.
  7. Strong customer service skills.
  8. Client focus and the ability to act empathetically and with sensitivity and understanding.
  9. Excellent organizational and planning skills - ability to priorities and multi-task.
