Job Descriptions

1. Develop pre and after-sales services following company direction. 2. Cooperate to develop products or services following company direction. 3. Site Evaluation to prepare installation team or other working conditions. 4. Provide Safety requirements (Tools, Data, Work instruction sheet, etc.) 5. Create a Method statement document for customer approval. 6. Act as the main contact for coordination of demonstration and installation. 7. Collaborate with sales teams, and architect teams to align customer requirements. 8. Support the customer if progress is delayed by revising the plan to follow up customer’s schedule. 9. Quality control by following up on Inspection documents and control quality on-site. 10 Product quantity control on site including Zero waste management. 11. Daily report for update Project progress & status. 12. Site visiting to manage product, and service quality.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Construction or a related field.
Work experience: Minimum 2 years in the Construction industry or related field
Demonstrated experience in a technical role, preferably in a construction/building environment.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation abilities.
Capable of working effectively under pressure.
Skilled in handling uncomfortable situations with professionalism.
Computer and software skills (MS Office applications), AutoCAD user is preferred
