Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและควบคุมพนักงานและกิจกรรมทั้งหมดของแผนกจัดซื้อ - จัดทำแผนการจัดซื้ออุปกรณ์ บริการ และวัสดุสิ้นเปลือง - ติดตามและบังคับใช้นโยบายและขั้นตอนการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างของบริษัท ทบทวน เปรียบเทียบ วิเคราะห์ และอนุมัติสินค้าและบริการที่จะซื้อ - การจัดการสินค้าคงคลังและการรักษาบันทึกการซื้อและราคาที่ถูกต้อง - ดูแลรักษาและอัพเดตข้อมูลซัพพลายเออร์ เช่น คุณสมบัติ เวลาการส่งมอบ กลุ่มผลิตภัณฑ์ ฯลฯ - รักษาความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับซัพพลายเออร์และเจรจาสัญญา - การวิจัยและประเมินซัพพลายเออร์ในอนาคต - จัดทำงบประมาณ วิเคราะห์ต้นทุน และรายงาน - งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ป.ตรี สาขาบริหารธุรกิจ การจัดการ, บัญชี หรือ สาขาอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ 4-5 ปีขึ้นไปในตำแหน่งเจ้าหน้าที่จัดซื้อหรือในตำแหน่งที่คล้ายกัน
  3. มีความเชี่ยวชาญใน Microsoft Office และจัดซื้อซอฟต์แวร์
  4. ทักษะการสื่อสารและการเจรจาต่อรองที่แข็งแกร่ง
  5. ทักษะการคิดเชิงวิเคราะห์และเชิงกลยุทธ์ที่ดี
  6. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการกำกับดูแลและการจัดการ ใส่ใจในรายละเอียด
  7. มีประสบการณ์การใช้ระบบ NVS
  8. มีทักษะด้านการต่อรองที่ดี
