Job Descriptions- Coordinate with the related parties to collect requirement, conduct competitive bidding, negotiation and propose supplier selection.
- Response for all material requirements and liaise with international material suppliers.
- Sourcing for potential suppliers and maintain good relationship.
- Control delivery schedules with supplier and customers.
- Monitor the balance stock to replenish sufficiently inventory.
- Manage import shipping documents.
- Coordinate with oversea and domestic suppliers for organize shipments, preparing purchasing documents, customs clearance and delivery status.
- Coordinate with shipping agent, Inland Freight, Sea Freight, Air Freight.
- Takes precautions to secure stock and warehouse contents against loss.
- Studies, understands and provides feedbacks on the status-quo of the Marketing / Sales and Project / Design function in order to appropriately set-up the Logistics & Inventory System to serve the needs of each section.
- Monitor efficiency and improve work process.
- Analyze spending historical to identify potential centralized category and prepare purchasing strategy for implementation.
