Job Descriptions
•Take care of storing all document systems
•manage and sort documents into categories.
•Store documents in files in each department.
•Store document information into files in each department.
•Separate documents into parts that can be used (reuse) and those that cannot be used (recycled).
•Destroy documents, tools and equipment that are no longer in use.
• Other duties assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in document management.
- Sense of responsibility and can plan proactively.
- Be diligent, patient, and trustworthy with attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to our ever-changing business environment.
- Able to use Microsoft Office programs.
- Able to travel to work by yourself.
