Job Descriptions
- Evaluates the effectiveness of quality assurance system within the section through statistical process control. - Conducts periodic internal quality audit to check operator’s compliance to quality standards - Carries out disposition on nonconforming in-process and support materials. - Acts as document controller of the section - Prepares visual materials for easier and better understanding on quality standards - Conducts root cause analysis of non-conformities (process and product) and formulates appropriate countermeasure to eliminate recurrence. - Creates programs and activities to improve quality awareness within the section - Coordinates daily with Mixing and Material Preparation Quality Technical Supervisors to discuss quality related issues - Summary data scrap , return in-process of material preparation. - Performs function/Responsible were assigned concern OHSEEnMS KNOWLEDGE/Skill : - Safety Standards - Quality ISO / IATF Management - Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) Including Check sheets - Control Plan - Document Control System - Statistical Data Analysis
Qualifications
  1. Male age 27-32 Year
  2. Bachelor Degree in Engineer or related.
  3. Experience in 3 years or more than. (Quality)
  4. MS Office Software such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
