Job Descriptions

- Managing and organizing import and export shipments and cooperation in this area with the global logistics unit. - Handle import & export EDI Paperless, shipping and customs clearance. - Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with customers/ suppliers. - Organization of documentation of trade in goods in national and international relations. Specialize on understanding of Thai local regulations, include FTA and other related government departments. - Order management, reporting and supervision over the correct flow of documents. - Organization and coordination of national and foreign transport, monitoring the timeliness and quality of deliveries and collections. - Acquiring transport companies and authorized exporters for new destinations. Ongoing and constant cooperation with transport companies, checking their effectiveness and negotiating rates. - Logistics budgeting, monitoring and control. Including implement measures to control productivity and costs and improvement actions to ensure customs clearance accuracy and efficiency. - Cooperation with the Customs Agency and monitoring the correctness of authorization data in Customs Offices. - Constant contact with customers (AUT-NO), creating and monitoring the schedule of shipments

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or above in related field
As least 3 years direct of experience
Knowledge in HS code and tariff classification verified
Strong experience in local content operations preferred
Strong knowledge and experiences in customs and international trade regulations. The import-export and customs clearance admin about customs procedure experiences also prefer.
Good command of written & spoken English and computer literacy
Must be able to multi-task in a demanding, fast-paced environment requiring attention across multiple areas.
Must be self-motivated and be able to work independently.
Service minded, pro-active and flexible
Good as in MS Office.
