Job Descriptions
1.ควบคุมการปฏิบัติงานของผู้ใต้บังคับบัญชาให้ปฏิบัติตามขั้นตอนการทำงานและให้เกิดความปลอดภัย 2.ทำหน้าที่ควบคุมตรวจสอบกระบวนการ ให้ผลิตได้อย่างราบรื่น 3.ติดตามผลการดำเนินงานให้สอดคล้องตามแผนงาน(KPI)ที่กำหนด และสรุปผลให้กับผู้บังคับบัญชา 4.สนับสนุนกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความปลอดภัย และกิจกรรมเพิ่มผลผลิตของบริษัทฯ 5.ควบคุมแผนงานการผลิตและส่งมอบ ให้ตรงตามความต้องการของลูกค้า 6.ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องและผลักดันให้มีการปฎิบัติอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ 7.ปรับปรุงพัฒนาระบบการผลิตให้มีประสิทธิภาพ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการได้ 8.วิเคราะห์และหาสาเหตุของปัญหาในกระบวนการผลิตและเสนอแนวทางแก้ไขพร้อมกับนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ให้เป็นจริง 9.ดำเนินงานตามระเบียบ ข้อบังคับเรื่องความปลอดภัยและระบบคุณภาพ IATF16949, ISO14001
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree of Engineering and relate
  2. Experience Production 3 years up
  3. Computer skill , Ms.Office , Report preparation ,WS/WI,Check sheet
  4. Manpower control
  5. Leader ship , Working under pressure
  6. Can training subordinate
