Job Descriptions

•Develop and execute financial strategies with the company's IPO goals, including capital structuring, financial forecasting, and risk management •work with senior managers to efficiently develop budget proposals, provide access to project finance information and ensure contract/grant compliance and report •research revenue opportunities and economic trends, analyze internal operations and identify areas for cost reduction and process enhancement •perform risk management through analysis of company liabilities and investment and evaluate and manage capital structure and fundraising initiatives •monitor business performance with tracking tools, establish corrective measures as needed, and prepare detailed reports for earnings calls, management team, and rest of company •manage finance personnel and oversee financial it systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory entities (ex: financial accounting standards board, internal revenue service) •lead the monthly quarterly and annual consolidation process ensuring the results are complete and accurate and delivered timely •manage group cash flow for day-to-day and forecast budgeting cash flow ＊＊ทำงานจันทร์ - เสาร์ **

Qualifications

- ประสบการณ์ทํางาน Big 4
- เป็นผู้ถือใบประกอบวิชาชีพ CPD และ CPA
- มีประสบการณ์ในตําแหน่งผู้จัดการฝ่ายบัญชี/ ผู้ตรวจสอบบัญชี
- มีประสบการณ์ในการจัดการทางการเงิน การบัญชี และการวางแผนการควบคุมภายใน
- ประสบการณ์ในการเป็นผู้นําและพัฒนาทีมการเงิน
- มีกรอบความคิดเชิงกลยุทธ์และความสามารถในการปรับเป้าหมายทางการเงินให้สอดค
- มีความสามารถในการสื่อสารด้านการเงินแก่บุคคลภายใน และในองค์กรอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
- มีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์และการแก้ปัญหาที่แข็งแกร่งเพื่อประเมินข้อมูลทางการเงินและทําการตัดสินใจอย่างมีข้อมูล
- สามารถทํางานภายใต้ภาวะกดดัน มีทักษะการสื่อสารในเชิงบวก กระตือรือร้น ศึกษาข้อมูลเพื่อการพัฒนาตนเองอยู่เสมอ
- สามารถใช้ทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี
- ทักษะการวิเคราะห์และการสื่อสารที่ดี
