Job Descriptions

Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage sales team to achieve sales revenues target and manage expense to maximize the sales profit. 2. Develop and manage distributors sales by finding new dealers, settling sales targets, monitoring performance, offering technical support to achieve company growth policy. 3. Offer market analysis to Top management for obtaining business insight and initiate business plan to drive business growth. 4. Provide Sales Team with sales and technical training to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge. 5. Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in engineering, science or another relevant technical field.
More than 5yeras sales experience in mechanical equipment (air compressors or air compressor equipment is a plus, including at least 3 years management experience.
Strong leadership capability with good communication skills.
Hardworking, determined, initiative and able to work under pressure.
Good English proficiency, including speaking, reading, listening and writing.
