Job Descriptions
- การจัดการคำสั่งซื้อสินค้าจากลูกค้า ประสานงานโรงงานและจัดส่ง SAP
- การจัดการข้อร้องเรียนลูกค้า CRM
- ติดตามสถานะคำสั่งซื้อสินค้าประสานจัดส่งเพื่อเตรียมรถ ประเภทของรถและรับข้องเรียนลูกค้าในระบบ CRM
- บันทึกรายการสั่งซื้อลงระบบ SAP
- ประสานงานขาย เพื่อเตรียม contract และหาสินค้าทดแทน
- Contact Center ติดต่อลูกค้าและผู้แทนขาย จัดส่งโรงงาน
Qualifications
- จบการศึกษาในระดับ ปวส.
- มีทักษะการสื่อสารที่ดี และสามารถทำงานร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
- มีทักษะการแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าและมีทักษะในการวิเคราะห์
- ปฏิบัติงาน 6 วันต่อสัปดาห์
