Job Descriptions
1.Check inventory report, product movement report, Check the calculation of production costs and finished product cost. 2.Check standard costs, perform an analysis, compare actual costs with standard costs and adjust the variance. 3.Coordinate with relevant sections to find the way of efficiency cost improvement. 4.Managing and overseeing the daily, monthly, and yearly operations of the accounting section. 5.Ensuring that all accounting processes align with Thai accounting standard and current financial and tax legislation. Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies, and principles. 6.Monitor and analyzing financial data and creating reports for management, stakeholders, etc. 7.Control and verify the accuracy of tax accounting information. Report an error and follow up on improvements regarding corporate income tax, value added, withholding tax, etc., as well as prepare tax returns form to submit to the Revenue Department 8.Coordinate and complete annual audits 9.Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. 10.Assign subordinate to ensure compliance and accuracy to meet financial accounting objectives. 11.Training, and motivating accounting staff members while supervising and delegating section tasks. 12.Evaluating, developing, and improving section controls, systems, and procedures that increase accuracy and efficiency. 13.Assisting other departments as they develop strategies, establish objectives, and make decisions that could have a financial impact on the business.
Qualifications
  1. Male/Female
  2. Bachelor’s degree in accounting
  3. Registered as a bookkeeper with the Federation of Accounting Professions, CPD is required.
  4. Have at least 5 years’ experience in cost accounting.
  5. Have at least 5 years’ experience in accounting manager in industrial manufacturing business
  6. Manager in industrial manufacturing business
  7. Experienced in budgeting and forecasting.
  8. Have leadership skills, management skills and educate teamwork well.
  9. Good communication and presentation skills
  10. Enthusiastic and quick to respond.
  11. Open minded to learn new things and develop yourself all the time.
  12. Good communication in English is an advantage.
