Job Descriptions
• Provide product/treatment demonstrations to prospects to convince them to order products • Conduct in-salon activities and training for B2C customers • Conduct training for salon staff on both skill and retail training • Deliver technical and product training as per schedule at HQ • Work with the Education team to define the learning objectives, methods, and training materials • Plan, coach, and monitor the education team to implement education activities to achieve goals • Evaluate the effectiveness of training delivered • Design and implement in-house training and coaching sessions • Teach all classes according to curriculum to an exemplary standard for all levels to observe • Travel interstate, regionally, and internationally as required, which may involve extended periods involving weekend work • Ensure preparation (personal training notes, handouts, products, equipment, training tools, etc.) and class set up is planned at least 5 days ahead and implemented 48 hours prior to class commencement day • Organize and implement "education support" for the consumer and professional company trade shows • Assist in the organization and launch of new products in relevant country/region
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree in Cosmetic Science, Applied Thai Traditional Medicine or related
  2. 1-2 years experience in customer support experience, stock management, marketing, product management preferably in beauty or retail business
  3. Positive attitude, energetic and able to work under pressure
  4. Ability to resolve customer complaints and able to identify customer questions, concerns, and needs quickly.
  5. Good communication, being patient and time management skills
  6. Computer Literate
