Job Descriptions
The project entails construction of a residential house in Bangsaray, Thailand. You will oversee the construction process, ensure timely completion, adhere to quality standards, and efficient budget management. Key Responsibilities: -Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction project, from inception to completion. -Ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirements. -Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues or deviations promptly. -Be primary liaison between client and contractor, fostering effective communication and collaboration. -Review contractor proposals, contracts, and change orders to ensure alignment with project objectives. -Monitor contractor performance, quality of workmanship, and adherence to project timelines. -Coordinate procurement and delivery of construction materials, ensuring availability on-site as per project schedules. -Source suppliers, negotiate prices, and evaluate material quality to optimize project budget without compromising quality standards. -Implement inventory control measures to prevent delays due to material shortages or waste. -Develop and maintain a detailed project budget, tracking expenses and forecasting costs throughout the project lifecycle. -Identify cost-saving opportunities and propose value engineering solutions to optimize project expenditure. -Review and approve invoices, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual agreements. -Identify potential risks and challenges that may impact project delivery, proactively implementing mitigation strategies. -Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to mitigate onsite risks. -Address any project-related disputes or conflicts in a timely and diplomatic manner.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry, with a focus on residential projects.
  3. Strong technical knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  5. Proficiency in project management software and tools for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
  6. Project duration 18 months.
