- ให้บริการข้อมูลเกี่ยวกับการอุปกรณ์และนำแนะการใช้งานอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์ Network Notebook PC และอื่น -แนะนำและช่วยแก้ไขความผิดปกติต่างๆ ผ่านทางโทรศัพท์ - ตอบปัญหาการบริการเบื้องต้น รับเรื่องร้องเรียน
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 20 - 35 ปี
  2. วุฒิ ม.6 - ปริญญาตรีทุกสาขา
  3. มีความรู้ในด้านอุปกรณ์คอมพิวเตอร์ หรือหากประกอบคอมพิพิวเตอร์ได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Call Center หรือบริการที่เพี่ยวข้องกับการพูดคุยกับลูกค้าทางโทรศัพท์มาบ้าง
  5. ใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้คล่อง โดยเฉพาะการพิมพ์
