Job Descriptions Assist with the recruitment process
Support the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing paperwork, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition into the company
Assist with employee engagement activities
Assist with HR administrative tasks such as maintaining personnel files, updating HR databases, and generating reports
Collaborate with other members of the HR team on special projects and initiatives
Qualifications
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Able to communicate in English
