Job Descriptions
Responsibility: All functions of general affairs
• Human Resources Management and Development
• Handle administration jobs.
• Compensation and Benefits
• Safety Health and Environment (ISO 14001)
• Facility System
• Manage and control safety system, RBA and environment systems
Job Description:
• Develops and monitors HR, Admin, Safety Health and Environment
• Ensure the completion of required corporate legal documents.
• Ensure all legal aspect compliance with Government regulation.
• Handle expatriate formalities (visa, work permit etc.)
• Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
• Plans and executes recruitment & selection activities and all hiring related process to ensure that company will have right talent at the right time.
• Establishes and leads staffing practices and procedures necessary to recruit and retain an effective workforce.
• Formulates and recommends Human Resources policies and objectives for the company that will establish a positive employer-employee relationship and promote a high level of employee morale and motivation, and that comply with policies, procedures, programs, and laws.
• Develops strong working relationships with other executives, management, and staff, providing advice, guidance, and coaching as needed.
• Provide HR support and counsel regarding employee relations’ issues regarding to career development, performance improvement, disciplinary actions, etc.
• Develops and implements training and development initiatives to address current capabilities and future training needs, including on-the-job operational training, department special training, management development, new hire orientation and onboarding.
• Handle Occupational Health and safety jobs
• Handle Environment System (ISO14001)
• Handle and follow code of RBA
• Handle factory facility system

Qualifications
- • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Higher in Political Science or related others field.
- • At Least 15 Year Experience in General Affairs and Human Resources (Have working experience with Japanese company would be advantage)
- • Good knowledge of Labor Law, ISO 14001 Requirement, Safety Law, RBA requirement
- • Good command in English and proficiency in computer programs.
- • Possess Strong Leadership, Communication, Motivation and Problem-Solving Skill.
