Job Descriptions
1. ตอบแชทรับออเดอร์ลูกค้า ช่องทาง LineOA, Shopee, Lazada ( 9:00-22:00) 2. สร้าง sale order ในระบบและส่งให้คลังสินค้า 3. สื่อสารประสานงานกับคลังสินค้า เรื่องการจัดส่งและสินค้าที่มีปัญหา 4. Monitor ยอดขายของลูกค้า, monitor main product, back order 5. ทำใบนับสินค้าขาเข้าให้กับคลังสินค้า, ตรวจเช็คจำนวนสินค้าและ update stock เข้าระบบ 6. ประสานงานกับ ordering ในกรณีที่สินค้าไม่ครบ หรือเสียหาย 7. ลงสินค้าใหม่ในระบบ /ทำแคมเปญโปรโมชั่นในแพลตฟอร์มออนไลน์ Shopee/Lazada 8. สรุป Monthly / Weekly report ยอดขาย, customer complaints
Qualifications
  1. รับวุฒิปริญญาตรี อายุ 25-35 ปี เพศหญิง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ Sale admin อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  3. ใช้ระบบ Excel, Google sheet ได้สามารถทำ สูตร Vlookup, Pivot ได้
  4. มีประสบการณ์ขายใน Platform Shopee/Lazada/Tiktok และทำโปรโมชั่นต่างๆได้ เช่น แฟลชเซลล์/ Bundle deal / ทำคูปอง และอื่นๆ
  5. มีประสบการณ์ ตอบแชท LineOA, FB Messenger
  6. ใช้โปรแกรมแต่งรูปพื้นฐานได้ เช่น canva
  7. รู้จักการแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า ละเอียด รอบคอบ
  8. ทัศนคติดี, มี service mind, มีความรับผิดชอบ ตรงต่อเวลา
