Job Descriptions
1.Implement to followup the daily/Monthly/Yearly PM Plan.
2. Reparing manchine restorage to be avalable.
3. Recording disbursement spare parts in stock to real time.
4. Implement facility/utility (Air Copm) available at all time.
5. Support all production activity
6. To doing kaizen activity
7. Follow company's policies & objective (IATF16949)
8. Perform comply with IATF16949 requirement and report the result of operation by segment is responsible to management
**ทำงานจันทร์-วันศุกร์ (และ 6 เสาร์ปฏิทิน/ปี)
***เวลา 08.00 - 17.00 น.

5. ค่ากะ (Night Shift allowance ): / ตามวันที่ทำงานจริง (เฉพาะฝ่ายผลิต) (80 Baht per day : Only Production)
6. ค่าตำแหน่ง : (Consideration as position)
7. ค่าภาษา (Languages : English/Japanese allowance): 1,000 - 4,000 ตามระดับคะแนนที่ได้ (มีใบรับรองการวัดระดับ) (1,000-4,000 Baht have a certificate)
8. กองทุนสำรองเลี้ยงชีพ : สะสม 3% - 15% ตามหลักเกณฑ์ของบริษัท
9. ค่ารักษาพยาบาลพนักงานและครอบครัว: 15,000 บาทต่อปี
10. เงินรางวัลพนักงานดีเด่น (Medical allowance for Employee& Family): 1,500 บาทต่อปี (1,500 Baht per year)
11. เงินแสดงความยินดี เช่น แต่งงาน (Married allowance): 1,000 บาทต่อครั้ง (ได้ 1 ครั้ง) (1,000 Baht for one time)
12. เงินแสดงความยินดี เช่น คลอดบุตร (Child allowance): 1,500 บาทต่อครั้ง (1,500 Baht for one time)
13. เงินช่วยกรณีพนักงานหรือครอบครัวเสียชีวิต : ตามหลักเกณฑ์ของบริษัท
14. โบนัส (Bonus): (อ้างอิงจากปี 2561 = 4.5 เดือน) (Company Policy)
15. เงินรางวัลอายุงาน
16. ประกันชีวิต (Insurance): เสียชีวิตทุก
Qualifications
- Male only age more than 25 years old.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering field.
- At least 3 years working experience in Production Engineering role in automotive manufacturing industry.
- Experience in maintenance function in automotive industry more than 3 years.
- Experience in utility and facility maintenance job.
- Basic knowledge of Electrical or Mechanical maintenance for manufacturing
- Basic Drawing and Microsoft Office
- Good command in English; speaking, reading and writing.
- Problem solving skills and work well under high pressure.
- Familiar with Japanese culture. If candidate has experience in Japanese automotive industry would be preferable.
