Job Descriptions
Responsibilities: 1. Key Account Management: -Develop and nurture strong relationships with key E-commerce partners and retailers within the home appliance industry. -Collaborate with key account partners to understand their requirements, achieve sales targets, and ensure optimal product placement and visibility. 2. Live Streaming Management: -Plan and execute live streaming events on TikTok to showcase home appliance products and engage with the audience in real-time. -Coordinate with influencers and content creators to host engaging live streams and drive product awareness and sales. 3. Video Management: -Create and manage TikTok video content that effectively highlights our home appliance products' features, benefits, and usage. -Ensure that all video content aligns with the brand's messaging and marketing objectives. You’ll also Lead a dedicated team of TikTok, Provide guidance, support, and mentorship to your team to maximize performance and productivity.
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  2. Proven experience in key account management, preferably in the home appliance industry.
  3. Strong knowledge of TikTok and social media marketing trends.
  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  5. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
  6. Creative thinking and a knack for producing engaging content.
  7. Familiarity with E-commerce platforms and trends.
  8. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
  9. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
  10. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
  11. Good command in English, Chinese is a plus.
