Job DescriptionsThis position will be responsible for providing general administrative support for HR Employee Benefits and Welfare. Assist in implementing and administering cost-effective benefits programs as well as evaluates wellness programs to support employees’ physical, emotional, social and/or financial wellbeing for productive work atmosphere that aligns with corporate goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist Employee Engagement activities by creating programs, implement and administering cost – effective benefits to increase employee commitment and sense of value within the company.
- Assist in developing and evaluating wellness programs to support employees’ physical, emotional, social and/or financial wellbeing.
- Manage other staff welfare activities e.g. New Year's Party, Retirement, Scholarships, etc.
Facilitate open channels of communication between staff and management, as well as manage HR internal communications.
- Promote a good work-life balance and ensuring a safe workplace.
- Provide consultation on medical expenses (OPD & IPD) for employees.
- Support on planning of staff related annual insurances.
Manage annual uniform and stock, annual medical check-up.
Responsible for purchasing order process, prepare payment vouchers for paid suppliers (Hospital) and Legal Execution Department.
- Provide other general administrative benefits support.
Perform other tasks as assigned.
