Job Descriptions

1. Monitor & control production operations to run smoothly and efficiently 2. Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity. 3. Manage the production team and monitor operations to achieve goals and objectives. 4. Check the production process to ensure compliance with safety requirements and quality standards. 5. Monitor and report production indicators such as costs, efficiency, waste, and yield. 6. Analyze what needs to be improved in the production process and develop a plan. 7. Respond and solve production problems. 8. Maintain documents regarding production activities. 9. Prepare reports to manager.

Qualifications

Male, age 25-40 years.
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management ,Engineering, Science, and related fields.
At least 2 years of experience working in production.
Able to work shifts and able to work overtime.
Able to work abroad
Have leadership and be patient under pressure
Be responsible and committed to work
Can use English to communicate very well.
Able to learn and follow standards of work.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards.
