- Document translation （Thai-Chinese） - Screen documents before sign - Update VP's daily calendar and arrange schedule for meeting - Business trip reservation (Ticket, Hotel, Budget, messenger, roaming). - Visitor management (hotel, messenger, food/drink, etc.) - Meeting room management - Payment arrangement - Manage and control dept. budget - Responsible for VP personal issues

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree BBA
Be able to work under pressure
Fluent in English and Thai languages
Management , Development , Service Miind , Friendly
Responsibilities , Active, Confidence. Ability to Motivate, Decision Making
Communication and Negotiation Skills
Communicate in Chinese at the HSK5 level.
