Job Descriptions
• Manage and supervise sales of insurance products.
• Develop strategic plan to drive sales volume and promotion activities.
• Monitor and control sales processes to comply with regulations.
• Maintain a good relationship with business partners to develop new products and services.
• Handle complaints from customers to ensure satisfactory solutions are obtained.
Qualifications
- Direct experience in managing a team of telemarketing/telesales for insurance products
- Direct experience in car/auto insurance is a plus
